- Exchanges and Course Credits: We do not offer exchanges or course credits. Please ensure that you carefully review your purchase before finalizing it.
- Service Complaints: If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 3 days of course purchase. We will review your concerns and make every effort to address them, but refunds will not be issued.
- Digital Products: For digital products or downloadable content, all sales are final. If you encounter technical issues, please contact our support team for assistance.
- Exceptions: In exceptional cases where a refund is deemed appropriate by RE/MAX PAKISTAN, it will be issued at the sole discretion of management.
